The main instruments of the cafes- aman orchestras like the violin, kanun, lute, toubeleki, are the musical instruments of Rodopi Ensemble, which, along with singing, entertain and capture the audience at every occasion.

Roots attached to the past and wings to fly towards the future. Entavía is a project born in Salamanca, formed by like-minded musicians. Entavía released their first album, Raíces con Alas (roots with wings), in 2017. And in autumn 2021 they released their second album: Arando Ñieve (plowing snow). They have played massively in Spain and have also performed in Portugal and Greece. Entavía is the same as "still" in the Salamanca variant.
Puchero, a flamenco guitarist born in Barcelona has earned the recognition of great international flamenco artists . He has accumulated many merits during his artistic career on international and national tours throughout France, Croatia, Germany, Russia, Saudi Arabia, China, Italy, Switzerland and the African ontinent.

Yannis (piano), Marina (oud) and Alkis (kanun) form a dynamic trio, through which the three artists manage to commune and exchange their personal experiences and knowledge on music. Their artistic chemistry along with the harmonious sounds of their instruments -piano, oud and kanun- create space for their absolute symbiotic relationship to flourish. Palestinian, Syrian and Greek, three of the oldest musical cultures, are explored by the virtuoso musicians of Symbiosis Project. Using their musical instruments, oud, kanun and cello, they exchange their personal musical experiences derived from the traditions of their respective countries.

Kontrabando is a solid music ensemble made up of musicians- partners throughout the years in this beautiful musical journey. In every step they take they exchange both legal and illegal musical loads as indicated by their name as well (Kontra-bando: The procedure of illegal exchange of the cargo and the merchandise of two ships, when they berth next to each other in the middle of the sea…).
